At Roanoke, we believe that our member-owners should have total control over how they choose to manage their electric bill.  That includes giving you options to choose from when it comes to paying your bill.

Payment Profile

Create your unique member-owner profile to manage information about your accounts.

The cooperative office accepts payments via VISA and MasterCard.

Pay my bill online

Pay your bill anytime anywhere! This option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving you unlimited access to your account payments from any computer or mobile device.

Pay by phone (Telelink)

Would you rather dial in to make your payment? You can also call our office at 252.209.2236 and make a payment with your credit card through our automated customer service Telelink system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Auto-pay

Make managing your payments that much easier! Set up payments in advance of your due date to be withdrawn automatically from your account. 

Bank/Credit Card Draft

We can also set up your electric bill payments to be automatically drafted from your bank account.  Simply call us at 252.209.2236 to speak with a Member Service Representative to set up your bank/credit card draft today.

Text to Pay

Member-owners can simply send a text message to pay their bill.

Payment Arrangement

Need a little extra time to make your payment? Use our payment arrangement feature to request an extension on your account.

 

Pay Stations

We also offer convenient bill-pay stations throughout our service area. Member-owners may pay their utility bill by cash.There is no charge for these transactions. Locations are at:

  • Self Help Credit Union, 302 Granville Street, Windsor, Bertie County
  • The Roanoke Center, 409 North Main Street, Rich, Square, Northampton County (Kiosk Service Available)

Roanoke Electric Co-op invites member-owners to its National Co-op Connections Day event on Friday, October 6 at its headquarter office in Aulander.  The co-op will host local participating Co-op Connections businesses to provide member-owners with additional savings and deals when they use their Co-op Connections Card.
